Placing A-Frame Ladder in Pool
\nCHOOSE A LOCATION THAT IS LEVEL AND IN FULL VIEW.
\nPOOL MUST HAVE COMPETENT ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN USE.<\/p>\n
Tools Needed: Cordless drill with Phillips bit.
\n#1: Carefully lift the ladder over the pool wall
\nmaking sure the Swing Ladder is on the outside
\nof the pool. Be careful not to damage liner or
\npool wall. The platform must be level should
\nrest on the pool top seat and the bottom tread
\nshould rest firmly on the pool bottom. Depending on the outside height of the swimming pool
\nledge, rail boots may need to be readjusted at
\nthis time. Use of a ladder pad is highly
\nrecommended to protect pool liner.<\/p>\n
#2: Tip the ladder sideways to allow the treads
\nto fill the water. This will prevent floating. Allow
\nladder to fill with water until it settles on the
\nbottom of the pool. Small holes in the side rails
\nwill let the water in. this may take a few minutes.<\/p>\n
#3: Check to make sure the hole
\nlocations in the platform are clear
\nof pool wall and supports. Drill two
\n5\/16\u201d holes through the Platform
\nand pool ledge. Fasten the ladder
\nplatform to the pool ledge using two
\n\u00bc-20 x 2-1\/4\u201d bolts, \u00bc-20 hex nuts.
\nYou MUST secure the ladder to
\nthe pool top<\/p>\n
