The Ocean Blue A-Frame Ladder is built to last. It uses minimal hardware for easy assembly. Designed to fill with water, the A-Frame ladder requires no additional weights. It comes with a simple lift and lock feature for easy assembly and includes a padlock for extra safety. The Ocean Blue A-Frame has a 300 pound capacity and easily adjusts to fit above ground pools up to 56′. With safety in mind, the A-Frame Ladders outer steps can slide up and lock in place, protecting from unwanted entry.<\/p>\n

\n#1: Lay out the Swing-up
\nRails and Swing-up Treads as
\nshown.
\nNOTE: The bottom Swing-up
\nTread has a \u201chouse shaped\u201d
\ntab and is positioned at the
\nbottom of the Swing-up Rail.
\n#3: Place the remaining Swing-up
\nRail over the tabs of the Swing-up
\nTreads and tap into place using the
\nrubber mallet. Set this assembly
\naside.
\n#1: Slip one of the Adjustable Rail
\nBoots over the end of a Side Rail.
\nIt will need to be all the way on
\nif the outside dimension of your
\npool is 50\u201d or
\nbacked off to
\nthe marked
\nnumber that
\ncorresponds
\nwith the height
\nof your pool.
\n#2: Using two 1\/4-20 x 1 1\/2\u201d long
\nbolts and two 1\/4-20 hex nuts,
\nfasten the Adjustable Rail Boot to
\nthe Side Rail. Repeat for remaining
\nthree Side Rails.

\nTools Needed: Rubber Mallet, cordless drill with Phillips bit.
\n#2: Using a rubber mallet, tap the
\nSwing-up Treads into place.
\nAdjustable Rail Boots are not required if the outside height of your pool
\n(measured from the ground to the top of the pool ledge) is 48\u201d or less. If
\nthis measurement is more than 48\u201d rail boots will be required. If the outside measurement of your pool is 48\u201d or less, skip to step 3.
\n#1: Overlap the flat end of the
\nHandrail onto the top of the Side
\nRail. Using two 1\/4 – 20 x 5\/8\u201d bolts
\nand two 1\/4- 20 hex nuts, attach the
\nHandrail to the Side Rail. Repeat for
\nthe remaining three Side Rails.

\nRail to hold it steady, use the rubber
\nmallet to tap down the Fixed Ladder
\nTreads until they are firmly seated
\nin the Side Rail.
