Installing a Paradise Pool In The Ground

Installing a Paradise Pool In The Ground is a simple but work intensive project. This can be done following this simple method you can install the pool part way in the ground or all the way in the ground.

Installing a Paradise Pool In The Ground

  1. Dig The whole for the pool large enough to fit the pool size and the legs. Accordingly for a pool measuring   10 foot by 18 foot the hole size would need to be  14 foot by 22 foot. You might also consider digging out a vault  for the pool pump, or it can be placed on the ground. If you build a vault, make sure to give yourself access to the top because this will make your life easier
  2.  Compact and level  the bottom of the pool pit.  Because with all our pools they must be on flat level and form ground as they are very heavy. Do not use sand in this process as it is not compactable and the pool will not be even
  3. Build a retaining wall around the whole perimeter of the pit. This will keep the dirt from falling in. You don’t want to put dirt against to pool as it will void the warranty. These walls can be built with pressure treated lumber or cemented cinderblocks anchored in the ground.
  4. Install the pool in the bottom of the pool pit just like you would above ground. Having the retaining wall in place here will keep the walls from falling in hole you move the pool in place.
  5. Build the deck right over the hole and up to or over the pool. Be careful to avoid places where little fingers and might be caught.
