What Kind of Above Ground Pools are there?

There are Three Basic Styles of Above Ground Pools.
Steel Above Ground Pools. Soft Sided New Technology Above Ground Pools and Inexpensive Inflatable and Frame pools.

Soft Sided New Technology Pools. This brand new type of pool sets up in minutes and is steady and solid. It has a very strong durable liner that can handle anything your family can throw at it, including dog claws. You can leave it up all year round or if you like, take it down at the end of the season.

Steel above ground pools are the traditional style of above ground pool. The manufacturer builds this style of pool with a powder coated steel frame and wall. The inside of the pool has a thinner vinyl liner that will need to be replaced every 5 years or so. And they are also much more complicated to install

Another type of pools are the Economy inflatable and frame pools. Intex pools, while being very affordable tend to be problematical, They are very hard to keep clean with their under powered filters. Only buy this style of pool if you want it just for a few weeks
